Here they are again, together for the first time on video: Spinach-swallowing Popeye, Brutus the bully, Wimpy the scrounger, Swee' Pea - and last but not least, Olive Oyl (you know, the one from pre-Womens' Lib times!). But they're not the only ones featured in this terrific hour-long cartoon compilation. There's Beetle Bailey - Krazy Kat - Snuffi Smith and his family and a brand-new cartoon hero: agent Cool McCool. It's great action and fast tempo all the way with loads of fantastic gags.

When the Professor twiddles the dials of his time-machine he can send Popeye out into space. And that's when it all starts happening! Weightless spinach, flying plates - with or without hamburgers - follow our friends. Krazy Kat meets a genuine fakir. Olive Oyl finds a spaceman for a boyfriend. Agent Cool McCool journeys to the moon and Snuffy Smith ex-changes his delapidated furniture for some altogether too contemporary trash. For Beetle Bailey everything misfires when they send a man into space from Camp Swampy. And Popeye takes a trip to the stars - courtesy of an uppercut!
