In a small country town the teenage paper-boy, Cru Jones, is cutting loose. A week ago he was chewing over some up-coming college entrance exams. Now he's got $100,000, a red corvette and a stunning brunette lined up. It's all for the taking... that's if he can outsmart the race-organiser, who has vested interest in making sure Cru doesn't start in America's richest BMX bike-race He's also got to convince his mother that everything's cool and apart from all that he's got to beat the world's number one pro-rider.
